Brisbane Heart is dedicated to providing tertiary-level cardiac expertise to patients under our care. Our cardiologists are recognised leading experts in their individual subspecialty areas of cardiovascular medicine and together offer a comprehensive team approach to the diagnosis, investigation and management of any simple or complex heart condition. We cover all aspects of clinical cardiology including cardiac imaging, stress testing, invasive coronary angiography, coronary intervention/stenting, cardiomyopathies, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension and cardiac electrophysiology (including electrophysiology studies, ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implantations).

All our cardiologists are highly qualified subspecialists and maintain substantive appointments at major teaching hospitals in Brisbane (Princess Alexandra and Mater Adult Hospitals) and The University of Queensland. They are involved in the supervision and training of future cardiologists, teaching of medical students, and all actively contribute to academic research in the various fields of cardiology.
